Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our press outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in media relations, press release writing and distribution, and public relations. If you're passionate about the paranormal, adventure, and travel industries and excel at building relationships with influencers, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Craft and distribute well-written press releases for all products and services, including tours, merchandise, and properties.
• Ensure broad coverage and visibility across relevant media outlets.
• Develop and manage email marketing strategies, including campaigns, drip campaigns, and newsletters.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better engagement and conversion rates.
• Identify and build relationships with local and national influencers in the travel and niche markets.
• Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content that showcases our offerings and generates buzz.
• Utilize established connections with local, regional, and national media to promote our products and services.
• Conduct outreach to media professionals using our database to secure coverage in various cities.
• Produce high-quality written content, including press releases, email copy, web copy, and professional email outreach.
• Ensure all communications are clear, compelling, and aligned with our brand voice.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in PR and media relations, with a focus on writing and distributing press releases.
• Strong background in email marketing, including campaign management and performance analysis.
• Demonstrated success in influencer outreach and engagement.
• Established media connections or the ability to effectively conduct outreach to media professionals.
• Exceptional writing skills across various formats, including press releases, email marketing, and web copy.
• Knowledge of the paranormal, adventure, or travel industries is a plus.
