1. California Single Subject Music Credential or willings to get credentialed.

• Strong knowledge of music theory history and performance techniques.
• Proficiency in teaching general music.

• Ability to inspire and motivate students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement music lesson plans that align with state standards and school curriculum.
• Teach various aspects of music including music theory history performance and appreciation.
• Provide instruction in general music.
• Incorporate a variety of musical styles and cultural traditions in the curriculum.
• Encourage students to think independently and express original ideas.
• Provide structured learning experiences to help students achieve district educational goals and objectives.
• Evaluate students academic growth maintain records prepare reports and communicate progress with parents.
• Foster positive studentteacher and studentstudent interactions.

Working Conditions
