Agile PM/Scrum Master

More Agile PM, then it was Scrum with PM.
Reverse has not been working out well.
Project specifics:
Neil space is "enabling hiring" POD productized the hiring capabilities of lululemon.
Careers site, application and tracking system.
Offer letters scheduling tools, and things.
It is a "Product" it's more Sprint based, Agile Methodology, titled a Scrum Lead.
SM: Daily standups, sprint planning and retros and things. More than what you see for an Agile Coach individuals you see also a project management style over the budget, forecasting for individuals, accountable for monthly basis budget, how they are tracking there.
Rather than Scrum/Agile specialist with PM background
POD: leading systems analysts config in the system,
Product for prioritizing, and Scrum Lead Accountable for delivery itself.
Looking for Scrum Lead, someone more themselves can support the team with blockers .
Something Neil doesn't do, working out themselves.
Ownership of delivery of the work itself.
Eagerness to lean
NOT likely will succeed having someone PM to come in with no experience running a scrum.
Prioritizing:
DOMAIN? None is fine, curiosity and understanding. Committing to this and it's not working. What is blocking this for us.
Always a plus, to understand the environment.
Scrum and Project Manager
Tricky:
Product and Agile releasing, working in digital and SaaS, still a bit of structure but how we delivery is bi-weekly sprint. Not what a technology Agile....
Early expectation setting...
Agile but not very strictly Agile.
BA's, SA's that all do config and things, engineers are engineers but just need to level set.
